Chicago Northshore Kinetics is the only fully-equipped Pilates and Gyrotonic studio in the Chicagoland area. We are outfitted with Reformers, Cadillac, Chairs, small, large, and ladder barrels and Pilates props. We offer a complete experience in the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® via towers, Gyrotoner, Jumping-Stretching Board, Leg Extension Unit, Ladder and Archway. The studio is also host to Gyrotonic teacher trainings and workshops. For your convenience, we offer a restroom, dressing rooms, seating area and purified water. Metered street parking is ample and public garage parking is within walking distance.

With plentiful natural lighting and native hardwoods used throughout, the mind is surrounded by soothing natural textures while deep breathing and the rhythms of Pilates and Gyrotonic allow the body to fully open to the exercises.
